MTM is dedicated to reducing stress, reducing muscle pain, increasing flexibility, and increasing range of motion for all of our clients.  We help our clients regain the freedom of living an enjoyable and more pain free life.  Through massage therapy you can actually feel younger and return to activities you thought you could no longer enjoy. Massage therapy can also help you sleep better, stay more focused while you’re at work, it improves your body’s circulation, and it can even help you lose weight.  To ensure that you get the highest quality massage each and every time, MTM sets the highest standards for their massage team. All MTM employees have graduated from an accredited school in the field of massage therapy. In addition to their schooling, they are also nationally certified therapists through the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB).  All of our therapists are required to have a minimum of one year of massage experience outside of their schooling.  Finally, each of our therapists is insured through the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), which requires that they attend continuing education in the massage field to stay current in the latest knowledge and techniques available.
